The half overlay hinge will do as the full overlay hinges will do but everything in the overlays will be half.  Using the 3 different plates we have you will be able to do many overlays with this cabinet door hinge and the full overlay hinge.  Always good to have a few around for when that full overlay is just a little to big and changing the plate just does not do it.
