This Farrari face frame plate is used with Screw On Ferrari Hinges.

Mounts to cabinet frame or side of cabinet with screws that are not included.

This plate has H3 stamped into the top as showing on the image.

Must be used with Ferrari hinges and does not come with screws other than the one showing that is used to attach the ferrari hinge.

This PM1121FE25A is the most common ferrari plate.  Used on cabinets with frames and also can be used on cabinets that are frameless.  The H3 is also the height as in 3mm but is not something you can measure.  If your part has the H3 and Ferrari on the back, maybe, some do, some do not, and looks like this image, then it will be the replacement part you need.
