Most orders ship for under $10.00 . ALL PRICES ARE IN US$
Once you enter your location and other information you will see shipping cost Before you need to pay.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
IF you are in an out of the normal shipping area or not in the USA or Canada the shipping amount may be incorrect. In this case we will email you the correct shipping cost before we process your order and you will then have the option to cancel or continue with the order.
PLEASE READ BELOW FOR HOW WE SHIP.
We ship our US orders via a container to a US drop and sort facility. It can take up to a week for it to get to this location AFTER we ship. WE DO NOT SHIP EVERY DAY to this sort facility.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE OUR EMAIL YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED BY A WEEK OR SO.
When it gets into their system you'll see it and be able to track it with the information we will email you.
Until the tracking # is in the post system at the Sort Facility it will show as.

Remember your order is on the way
You may return new unopened Handles OR Knobs ONLY within 30 days of delivery. (no return on hinges, plates or any accessory item) We have a 25% restocking policy , minimum return is $50.00 before shipping and you pay the return shipping. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund before this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. At that time we will give you a Return # to be written on the outside of the package. Return #'s will ONLY be supplied via email by contacting us as explained above. Any other means of a return will not be honored by us and tracking what happened to it may not be possible.
