These Inset Ferrari Hinges are not to common but many homes have them.  The door will be "inset" into the cabinet and will be flush with the front of the cabinet boxes.  A very high end kitchen will have these as it is a job only taken on by an expert cabinet builder / installer. Use for new or replacements.
